Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: One vote per villa (pg. 11 Section 6)
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A: One resident must be 55 years of age or older. Must comply with rules in condominium documents. Unless villa is inherited, the buyer must wait 2 years before leasing (amendment to section 16)
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my villa?
A: Only one rental per year (2 month minimum). The tenant must abide by our rules - this should be explained to the tenant to avoid legal action. One resident must be 55 years of age or older.

Q: How much are HOA fees and when are they due? What do they cover?
A: They range from $219-$378 monthly. Payment is due the first of each month. The delinquent date is the 15th.

A: No
