The Villa complex is walking distance to grocery, department, and drug stores.  It also is a short walk to the US Post Office, banks, library, restaurants and Bayshore Gardens Shopping Mall.

Located just off of U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), residents have quick automobile access to Sarasota attractions such as:  The John Ringling Museum, Selby Botanical Gardens, St. Armands Circle, Van Wezel and Manatee Players performing arts centers. The beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key are within minutes.

Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) provides bus service throughout the cities of Bradenton, Palmetto, and Ellenton. It also connects to Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT).

Tampa is just a 50 minute drive across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and offers big city entertainment and professional sport venues. Busch Gardens is a popular Tampa attraction, and Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World are only a 2 ½ hour drive to Orlando, which is North via I-75 and I-4.
