Complex is located close to the border between Manatee and Sarasota counties,
making it an ideal spot from which to enjoy a large number of local amenities
and entertainment centers, cultural, family oriented, water-based, athletic,
shopping and historic. The area, known as the Central Gulf Coast, has a
population of three quarter of a million people and is the southern section of
the greater Tampa Metropolitan Statistical Area( MSA) with over two million
people. The area is served by all major national television and radio networks
and by active regional and international airports. With too many individual
attractions to mention in a short space, a few highlights are listed here to
